  • Technical Performance Data Basic application metrics (such as app launches, app version, and performance indicators) may be processed via analytics tools like Firebase to help ensure stability and reliability.

  • Crash & Error Reports If the app crashes, diagnostic data such as device model, operating system version, and error logs may be automatically generated to help us identify and fix technical issues.

  • Location Context When enabled by your underlying messaging platform, location-based features may make use of regional or approximate location data.

  • Account Credentials Login credentials (including phone numbers or email addresses) are managed entirely by the base messaging platform (for example, Telegram). Degen does not access, store, or manage these credentials.

  • Contact Information If your messaging platform syncs contacts, any related processing remains anonymous and is used solely for interface functionality. Degen does not store, analyze, or review your contact data.

  • Message Content All messages, files, and media are stored and managed on your messaging platform’s servers. Degen functions only as an enhanced interface for viewing and interacting with this content.

  • Clipboard Usage Clipboard actions occur entirely on your local device. No copied text or data is transmitted to or logged by Degen.

3. Third-Party Service Integration

To support features such as translations, notifications, analytics, and crash diagnostics, Degen integrates with trusted third-party services, including:

  • Firebase services

  • Google Play services

  • Telegram platform infrastructure

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party providers for more detailed information about their data handling practices.

Limited technical data obtained through these integrations is used solely to:
